Hello again,
It's sunday!!!! Time to do some weekly routine for my skin. I guess you already guess what I mean. Yes it's time to exfoliate. Honestly i just started my exfoliation routine last year. And it's quite late. I always thought that scrubbing will irritate my sensitive skin, give redness & break out. But i was wrong.
Shortly, i usually using paula choice 2% bha liquid as chemical exfoliation for almost a year. But i use it wrong. I didn't really care about the side effect of over exfoliate that made my skin become red and dry. So i stopped for a month from using it to normalize my skin.
As you know exfoliation is a must for our skin. It plays an important role beside cleansing, toning, mosturizing & masking. We need to exfoliate at least once a week to remove dead skin cell, blackhead, whitehead and to boost the regeneration of skin cell.
And today i'm trying a physical exfoliator by klairs. It's klairs gentle black sugar facial polish
It came in a jar with american design i guess. Klairs is a korean brand that focusing in sensitive skin care. They use dermatologist ingredient that suitable for everyone even if you have sensitif or super sensitive & acne prone skin. That's why i have no worries trying its product.
Inside this jar is kinda scrub that contain black sugar, shea butter & cranberry seed oil.
That's all for now, for everyone who are curious about this product, i encourage you to have a try. Believe me you won't regret it. Even if you have super sensitive acne prone skin, you need to exfoliate to. And this is the best choice for you.
Woooo it's midnight already. But glad that i didn't delay this post.
Good night everyone...
Sweet dream.... 😴😴😴

I can't really describe how it smells. It does smells like brown sugar a bit i guess, but didn't matter for me as it's natural fragrance. There's a real sugar blended with cream like texture and a little bit oil. Here is how the texture look like.
So there're mix of sugar (black sugar), cream (shea butter) and oil (cranberry seeds oil). It's the first scrub i've ever tried that using oil, which is good. Because usually scrubbing will make my skin drier.
I read the describsion about how to use this exfoliator. It written that i need to mix the scrub with 2-3 drops of water. But i use my own way by put some on my face then wet my hands before do the exfoliation.
I started to scrubbing my face gently with circular motion. And the sugar slowly melt and blended with oil. It keeps my face from dryness. Klairs itself even recommend you to mix it with klairs black deep cleansing oil. But it's already mosturizing enough for me. It even looks like i use cleansing oil. I took this pic before rinsing off.
This is how my skin look like. Only a little sugar left and the rest is like oil. And my pores are a big deal 😭😭😭 i scrubbed quite long so my skin became red. I was too excited to melt all the sugar down. And it works. 😇
After finish scrubbing, i rinsed off the oil and leftover sugar with water. And while rinsing it, i can feel my face become soooo smoooth. And surprisingly it didn't dry out my skin although i scrub for quite long. I love how it gently remove my dead skin cell perfectly. I think this is the best physical exfoliator that i've ever tried. And it's natural. 👍👍👍👍👍
And now lets check for the before and after pic.
I dunno whether you can see much result in this pic. But this is truly did the great job. I guess it's gonna be my holly grail.exfoliator beside paula choice. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth without any irritation. I think i should also give klairs gentle black deep cleansing oil a chance. I love you, klairs! 😍😍😍
