Today I'm back again with another event report of PIXY Asian Beauty Blogger Gathering last Saturday, 9th September 2017. The event was held at Royal Plaza, jl. Ahmad Yani no 16-18 and attended by 24 beauty bloggers from Surabaya.
Bringing the theme Express Your Truly Asian Beauty, everything was designed in pastel pink and blue, including the invitation, the hall decoration, the goodie bag, and we were also notified to wear those color combination as a dress code for this event.
As I arrived, I went to the registration table to sign up for the event and entered the hall. There wasn't many people arrived yet. I met Regina & Anggie and we took the seat at the same table. Looking at the table, I was so impressed by the table designed and everything on it. If you're a beauty junkie like me, you'll know what i mean by just looking at those pic below 😍😍😍😍😍

As I arrived, I went to the registration table to sign up for the event and entered the hall. There wasn't many people arrived yet. I met Regina & Anggie and we took the seat at the same table. Looking at the table, I was so impressed by the table designed and everything on it. If you're a beauty junkie like me, you'll know what i mean by just looking at those pic below 😍😍😍😍😍
There were some cosmetics booth surrounding the hall area that offered make up & skin care from Pixy Cosmetics with 20% discount. I walked around to see what they have and i was amazed by how this cosmetic brand has grown up became a lot bigger and more creative with their make up innovation.
In this occasion, Pixy were introducing 6 new colors of their lip cream which come in nude shades. They bring the theme "In the Mood for Nude" to launch their new lip cream.
Actually, Pixy has already offered their lip cream product in the market with brighter shades, so this is their 2nd color series.
At 1 pm, the MC opened this event and followed by the welcome speech by the head of Pixy Cosmetics. She introducing their new product and also the Pixy writing competition that offered a trip to japan for 2 people as the grand prize. So tempting!!!! 😍😍😍
The event continued, the MC inviting one of the great beauty blogger & beauty influencer from Jakarta, Miharu Julie to share her tips on blogging. She's one of my inspiration and watching her live in front of me was amazing. Love her style. 😍😍😍
She has been blogging since 2009 and she shared some tips on how to attract people to visit our blog, including how to increase the traffic of our blog and social media.
Here's some tips that I got from her about how to be a succesful blogger :
~ be creative
~ have style
~ join community
~ join competition
~ create an interesting picture
~ focus on one interest
~ did some giveaway
~ use an acceptable language
After sharing some tips, we were given a chance to ask a question to Miharu about everything that related to beauty and blogging.
Next, the event continued by the make up demo using Pixy cosmetics by Robby Yamaguchi which is one of the great make up artist in Indonesia.
The MC was also inviting the Pixy brand ambassador, Mikha Tambayong to the stage. OMG she's so tall, pretty and charming 😍😍😍
During make up demo, we were given a chance to try the Pixy product that provided in our table. All of us were busy uploading pic and making stories on instagram reporting this event.
I tried one of their new lip cream in shade vintage pink. They provided make up remover, cottonpad, etc so i could erase my previous lipstick before. I personally love this color. I Took some selfie pic to be present in this blog 😄💋
The make up demo was done and here's the result. Look on how pretty and flawless she is. Bravo!!! Applause for Robby Yamaguchi for this make up look. Me love it 😍😍😍
After the make up demo, we had a make up challenge. We were divided in a team of 3 and asked to post a wefie wearing each 3 colors of Pixy new lip cream. I was teamed with Regina and Nindy and here's our wefie pic for the make up challenge.
There were still some times left so I tried some of pixy product at the table. I tried their eyeliner, highlight & shading, mascara, blush and also compact powder. If you are a type of person who can't get enough of make up, you'd feel me and i believe you'll do what i did on that table full of make up 😄😄😄
The event almost came to an end. The MC announced the winner of instagram photo competition, make up challenge and best costume. And here came the winners :

The winner for make up challenge : Mindy, Olin & Nessya
And the winner for best costume : Olin (she deserves it, love her style) 😍
Congratz girls!!! Now they could get close with Mikha Tambayong 😭😭😭
The event was closed and we took a pic together on stage with Miharu, Mikha, Robby, and all other Pixy team. Can u spot which one is me? 😂 hidding somewhere at the back.
Before we left, we were granted a certificate of Pixy beauty class with each of our name printed. All the certificate were already prepared at the registration table. And here's mine 😉
I got 2 beauty boxes from this event, the first one is a cute pinky box with their 6 new lip creams inside. And the other bigger pink box, containing many Pixy make up & skincare which i looooveeeee so much. Can't thankful more, Pixy 😍😍😍😍😍
